GFT is in a unique position to offer you more than just a Commercial Licence. GFT has a plan that will see you begin your aviation career as a student pilot and transition into airline operations as our sister company is a Tier Three Carrier for Air Canada in addition to our Charter and Medevac operations. GFT has already promoted many instructors to our airline/charter division.
Jared Bennett was promoted to Captain on the Beech 1900D, Ian White to Chief Pilot for EVAS Air, Luke Whitman and Lanny Burden to First Officers on our King Air A100, Mike Stephenson, Rick Harris and Sean Dunphy were also promoted to First Officers on the King Air. Paul Carter was promoted to Captain on the Beech 1900D. These were all former GFT students. We hire our own and promote internally before we advertise to the outside world.
